Studio Hours & Response Times
The garden remains open online at any hour.
The Artist’s Workshop and Potting Shed Shop are tended in flexible studio hours, allowing room for garden observation, making, order preparation, and careful replies. Messages are generally answered within 2-3 (two to three) business days.
Orders with urgent concerns should include the order number in the subject line. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, medical details, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary contact form or email.
A Note About Garden Correspondence
We are grateful when visitors share what they noticed, but we may not be able to identify every plant or creature, provide emergency wildlife guidance, diagnose plant disease, or answer every general request individually.
For an animal in immediate danger, contact a qualified local wildlife rehabilitator, veterinarian, animal-control service, or emergency authority appropriate to the situation.
