Licensing
Let the artwork travel without losing its roots.
Olive & Edith artwork begins with one living garden: a flower observed through its season, a bird recognized at the window, a seed pod gathered after it opened, or a small neighbor whose life became impossible to overlook.
Selected paintings, illustrations, surface patterns, botanical motifs, photographs, and visual stories may be available for licensing when the proposed use honors both the artwork and the world that inspired it.
Not every piece will be offered. Some artwork belongs only to its original form, story, or collection.

Rights and Agreements
Licensing grants specific permission for an agreed use. It does not transfer ownership of the original artwork or any rights not expressly included in a written agreement.
Before licensed use begins, both parties should approve a written agreement describing the artwork, permitted products or media, territory, term, exclusivity, compensation, credit, approval process, reporting, samples, renewal, and end-of-term responsibilities.
No artwork may be used commercially while an inquiry is pending.

A Note About Generative AI
Olive & Edith’s original artwork, photographs, writing, designs, characters, patterns, and archives may not be copied, scraped, uploaded, or used to train, fine-tune, prompt, test, benchmark, or develop generative artificial-intelligence systems without express written permission.

Licensing for one stated purpose does not include AI-related use unless that permission is separately and explicitly written into the agreement.
